Internship - EA to Director

EA Intern | Andheri West, Mumbai

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy and well-organised EA Intern to support day-to-day executive and administrative activities.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Fresher / Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reports, MIS and basic data management
• Prepare invoices and business documents
• Draft and manage professional emails
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Support scheduling, follow-ups and day-to-day executive requirements
• Handle confidential information with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good Excel and report-making skills
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with travel as required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
