Job Summary:​
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of equipment maintenance plans, coordinating daily repairs, and managing spare parts procurement.

Job Description:

1. Verify details (such as items names and codes) with related departments and submit Purchasing Request (PR) for equipment spare parts, wear parts, and various assemblies;
2. Handle the application for codes for new inventory items;
3. Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics/Freight departments of China(head-quater) or Malaysia regarding equipment purchasing matters;
4. Organize and archive technical documents, records, and other relevant paperworks for the Equipment Department;
5. Periodically audit and report on the stock levels of equipment spare parts and related inventory;
6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior;

Requirements:​

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and components is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) for effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
