Internship - Event Management

Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing exhibition promotion fair, birthday parties, team-building activities, and Family Day events.
• Support on-site event operations, including assisting attendees and resolving minor issues to ensure smooth event flow.

Customer Support

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries related to birthday party events.
• Provide accurate information and professionally redirect calls to the relevant team members when required.

Administrative Support

• Assist the event team with administrative tasks such as event documentation, scheduling, and report preparation.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the event team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and related marketing activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required for event purposes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
