INTERNSHIP – FINANCE (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE)

About the role

This is an internship position supporting the Account Receivable (AR) administration process. You will assist with input and updates of customer receivables data, monitor payments and outstanding AR, reconcile payment data with invoices, support payment follow-up processes, manage filing and documentation of invoices and supporting documents, and prepare periodic AR reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Account Receivable (AR) administration processes
• Perform input and update of customer receivables data
• Monitor payments and outstanding AR
• Reconcile payment data with invoices
• Support payment follow-up processes according to Finance direction
• Manage filing and documentation of invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare periodic AR reports
• Perform other Finance administration work as needed

About you

• Active student in semester 5 or above, or Fresh Graduate from Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• Interest in Finance & Accounting, particularly Account Receivable
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and strong administrative capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to participate in onsite internship at Head Office Serpong Utara
