System Updates & Data Entry

• Journal Entry: Help the team amend journal entries in our accounting system to reflect the correct foreign exchange (Forex) rates.
• Learn Multi-Currency Basics: Gain practical exposure to how foreign currency transactions are recorded in corporate accounting.

Basic Bookkeeping

• Double-Entry Practice: Assist with simple double-entry bookkeeping tasks and data entry.

• Matching & Verification: Help match basic invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers to ensure our records are accurate.

  Filing, Scanning & Organization

• Digitalization: Scan and save physical financial documents into our digital system.

• Record Keeping: Keep our physical folders neat, organized, and properly labeled.

• Audit Prep: Help ensure our paperwork is tidy and easy to find for month-end checks.

  General Team Support

• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

• Learn how a finance department operates day-to-day and assist with simple ad-hoc tasks as needed.
