Internship - Finance

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recording and updating accounting transactions in the accounting system with accuracy and completeness.
2. Assist in checking invoices, payment documents, and supporting documents to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
3. Assist in preparing account reconciliation, including matching records, identifying discrepancies, and reporting findings to the supervisor.
4. Assist in inventory count activities, including compiling inventory count results, performing reconciliation, and preparing related documentation
5. Assist in maintaining bank transaction records and supporting monthly bank reconciliation activities.
6. Support filing, documentation, and maintenance of accounting records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent.

• Internship duration at least 6 months.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills in English.
