Internship, Finance

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all accounting and financial transactions records, procedures and system comply with company’s policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.
• Liaise with related departments and/or external parties to co-ordinate on accounting related matters such as to reconcile discrepancies in payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Receive and process all payment recommendation form and monitor cheques for pay out, to coordinate and prepare daily disbursements promptly.
• Prepare daily operational cash and account payments, cash collection, management account, and reconciliation for the Group.
• Input daily cash and credit term vendors invoices and receipt into the system. Arrange and update all cheques or online payment and payment vouchers.
• Perform a range of clerical accounting duties, and administrative works for the department.
• Ensure to adhere to the group SOP/ procedure and all work and data is all filled and installed according to the Group Quality Management System/ SOP, both digital and hardcopy.
• At all time, maintain and remain strict confidentiality with high integrity in all matters related to the Director and Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by The Management.

Educations, Experience and Skills Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in account, finance and/or professional qualification such as CA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ ICAEW/ CFA or equivalent.
