Internship – Finance Department

Job Description

• Assist in daily finance and accounting operations.
• Support data entry, filing, and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and reimbursement claims.
• Prepare basic financial reports and documentation.
• Support account reconciliation and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Internship duration minimum 3 months.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SQL system.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
