Job Overview:

 To support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes, ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry into the accounting system
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes (invoice verification, payment processing, follow-ups)
• Help prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliations
• Assist with filing, organising, and maintaining financial documents and records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules as required
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain supporting documents for transactions
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.

Characteristic / Behaviour /Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• A proactive team player with a positive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Willing to commit to the full internship duration
