Internship Finance

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internship Finance position on a full-time basis. Key responsibilities

1. Assisting with general bookkeeping duties, including data entry and record maintenance
2. Supporting the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements and ledgers
3. Helping to organise and file financial documents and records in accordance with company procedures
4. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
5. Supporting the team with month-end and year-end closing procedures
6. Learning and applying basic accounting principles and practices
7. Performing administrative tasks to support the accounting department
8. Assisting with client inquiries and providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a course in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard office software
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
6. The ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals
8. Reliability and a professional approach to work
9. Familiarity with accounting software or a willingness to learn is advantageous
