Internship (Finance)

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on a timely basis to support scheduled payment runs.​
• Liaise with vendors and business users to clarify or resolve invoice discrepancies.​
• Assist with monitoring vendor payment timelines and outstanding invoice matters.​
• Prepare inter-company billing and supporting month-end closing entries.​
• Prepare customer invoices in accordance with approved billing instructions.​
• Process and post buyer-created tax invoices in the finance system.​
• Maintain proper supporting documents, schedules and finance records.​
• Support ad-hoc finance activities and projects as assigned.​

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or other related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Minimum 6months internship period.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
