Job Purpose

To assist Food Technologists and Application Specialists in the Applications & Recipes (A&R) department with daily activities.

Internship Period: Open for internship applications from February 2027 onwards.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation & Prototyping: Assist in developing application formulations and making product prototypes / demos / samples for customers.
• Quality & Testing: Assist in conducting in-house shelf-life tests and sensory evaluation sessions.
• Lab Management: Maintain and manage lab equipment, ingredients and lab hygiene.
• Documentation: Prepare reports for record-keeping purposes.
• General Support: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management/Superior.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree student currently pursuing Food Science, Food Technology, Culinology or any science & technology equivalent.
• Practical Skills: Good in cooking or food handling.
• Work Ethic: Able to work independently, responsible, diligent and demonstrates a positive attitude.
• Communication: Good command in English (written & verbal), possess good communication skills, self-starter and result-oriented.
• Computer Literacy: General computer literacy.
