The Internship in Existing Installation Department is on the job learning experience for students currently pursuing the tertiary education. The requirement is to fulfill the program or the study.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform process transactions involving data entry/data capture according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions
• Perform off-line task in dealing with local authorities like LHDN, CIDB and etc
• Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels
• Perform customer request / problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures
• Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned task within the business process and escalate / mitigate / resolve as required
• Understand and comply with process internal controls, regulations and security requirements
• Manage ad-hoc reports as per request

• Good communication skills to understand stakeholder’s needs and limitations set by system owner

• Final year students
