Administrative Assistant Trainee

• Responsible for the day to day office administrative of Mechanical Department.
• Maintain proper document control and filing in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
• Input of information efficiently and accurately from various sources into ERP system data base.
• Liaise with other departments on related ERP system management.
• Liaise with Designer on BOM and ERP system related matter.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
-Applicant must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
-Internship duration: minimum 4 to 6 months.

QA Admin

• ERP system data entry.
• Record inspected parts into daily report summary.
• Key in the data for the incoming and outgoing of the parts in the system.
• Assist in checking on the parts (if necessary).
• Data analysis for the rejected parts.
• Perform work in accordance with work instruction & quality standard.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Logistic or equivalent.
-Applicant must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
