Internship for Computer Science / Information Technology Student (IT)

1. Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email issues.
2. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Support user account management (email, system access, password resets).
4. Assist in monitoring and maintaining network connectivity and office systems.
5. Help document IT procedures and processes, asset inventories, and user guides.
6. Collaborate to improve existing processes and implement new technologies.
7. Support cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus updates and data backup processes.
8. Assist with IT-related projects as assigned by the IT team.
9. Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.

REQUIREMENT:

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in Windows OS, software/applications, PC hardware, IT peripherals.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
