About the role
Intern – Event Management to join the team and gain hands-on experience in event design and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in providing 2D/3D Layout Plans
- Learn to provide Quotation, Invoice & Delivery Order (DO)
- Assist in preparing requirements and preparations before events
- Assist in ensuring event operations run smoothly
- Assist the team during event execution
About you
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Interested in Event Planning & Management
- Diligent, responsible and have a willingness to learn
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to work at event locations and according to event requirements
Location: Warehouse Khass Event Management, Ipoh
Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
