Internship for HR Students

• Provides administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
• Supports employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
• Stays up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any relevant field.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Eager to learn and develop HR, communication, and professional skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila
