Internship for Human Resources

Dahua Technology Philippines is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain practical HR experience in a global company while developing their professional skills and working with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments on HR-related matters.
• Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 400 internship hours.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig City, Monday to Friday.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• No prior work experience required.
