Internship for IT (Computer Networking, Security Technology)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Network & System Engineers with day-to-day technical operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users on system and network-related issues.
• Perform basic diagnostics and identify issues related to internet connectivity, network speed, and wireless coverage.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on systems and network devices.
• Participate in system and network upgrade projects.
• Conduct research and testing on IT tools as guided by senior engineers.
• Help enforce IT and data security across systems and networks.
• Conduct site visits for Wi-Fi and broadband services, including cabling and testing connections.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must process or at least pursue a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Security/ Cybersecurity/ Artificial intelligence (AI) or equivalent
• Candidates must possess Problem-solving, Time Management and Analytical skills.
• Candidates with good soft and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Required language: English, and Malay.
• Able to work independently, ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Good Basic technical knowledge in Computer and Wireless Networking/ routing/ switching/ security products and Servers.
