What You’ll Do:
- Test the TV platform, act like a real user to explore features, watch content, and provide feedback.
- Record your experience, report bugs, and suggest improvements.
- Help improve the user experience for tv platform.
- Perform Documentation and SOP
What You’ll Learn:
- Real-world experience in digital product testing.
- Understanding of smart TV platforms and streaming technology.
- How to think from a user’s point of view.
- Documentation and communication skills.
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Multimedia / Digital Media / IT / Telecommunications / UI/UX Design Broadcasting / Media Studies / Mass Communication or a related field.
- Enjoys watching Smart TV and is familiar with TV apps/platforms like Unifi TV.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and detail-oriented.
- Future talent pool
