What they need
- On-the-job training on tender management processes & Sustainable Procurement for Genting group of companies.
- Exposure & on-the-job training on Procurement ERP System (Ariba & SAP)
- Work with development team to pre-qualify and screen suppliers’ profile for tender process.
- Prepare for tender calling procedure
- Tender opening procedure with the presence of Finance and Development personnel
- Prepare contract documentation for awarded projects
- Housekeeping development document
- Follow up with vendors on old tender bond collection
- Assist in organizing company procurement events such as ProcureBiz and Suppliers Appreciation Night.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Internship period must be 3 months and above.
Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu is required
Possess CGPA 3.0 and above
*Position is based at Wisma Genting, KL
