Internship - HR & Admin

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and preparation of hiring documents.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and HR databases.
• Assist with HR administrative duties and document management.
• Assist in coordinating HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide general assistance to the HR team as required.

Job Requirement

• Candidate pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources field or equivalent.
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus!)
• Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Passionate, attention to detail and people-oriented.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Enjoys talking, connecting, and learning new things
• Minimum duration for internship 6 months
