Internship - HR

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Learn to conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Prepare and update employee records, reports, and other HR-related documents.
• Identifying and appropriately disposing of outdated records, ensuring our systems remain streamlined and effective.
• Gain exposure to employee relations by helping to organize employee events/activities and promote team culture.
• Undertake ad hoc office administration tasks when required.

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Final Year students preferred).
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
• Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Availability for an internship of up to 6 months added advantage
