We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Internship Students to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students to gain practical working experience and develop their skills in Human Resources, Business Administration, and general office operations.

Job Responsibilities：

• Assist with daily Human Resources and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave and other HR-related administrative matters.
• Support the preparation of reports, documents and presentations.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management or HR team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Available for internship placement for a minimum period of [3/4/6] months.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
