Internship (HR)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and communicate with candidates in a professional manner.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing documents and helping facilitate orientation sessions.
• Support HR projects such as employee experience improvements or employer-branding activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and help gather data for recruitment.
• Provide general administrative support to HR team.

Requirements:

• Diploma & Degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
• Fluency in English, Mandarin & Malay (written and spoken) and computer literacy are mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Internship period between 3-6 months and kindly indicate your internship duration/period date in your CV or Cover Letter

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
