Internship - HR

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to dive into the real world of Human Resources and grow with us!

Your HR Adventure (What You'll Be Doing):

• Talent Scouting: Partner with our team to hunt for top talent! You’ll support the recruitment activities and make sure the process runs smoothly.
• Rolling Out the Red Carpet: Be the friendly face of our onboarding process. You'll assist in preparation of paperwork, welcome kits, and ensure new hires feel right at home from day one.
• HR-Driven Initiatives: Support the coordination of corporate programs, such as health check sessions, staff educational talk sessions, and structured training programs.
• The Keeper of Records (HR Admin): Help keep our HR information tidy and accurate, making sure everything runs smoothly and aligns with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
• Special Projects: Assist the HR team on ad-hoc HR projects, include but not limited to research, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

The candidate we are looking for:

• Students who are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to communicate in other local languages are a fantastic bonus!).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office suites.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a keeper of secrets (discretion and confidentiality are a must!).
• An upbeat, proactive, and curious learner who genuinely loves interacting with people.
