Internship HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for a student or fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, roles, and interview processes.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate status.
• Help maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct basic market and salary research when required.
• Assist with other HR and administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
