Reporting To: HR Manager About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, employee engagement, and general HR operations.The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively with employees and different departments.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the employee onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
• Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Support preparation of HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR records.
• Assist in exit formalities and employee separation documentation.
• Support the HR team in implementing company policies and processes.
• Perform other HR-related activities assigned by the HR Manager.

Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of HR processes will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA – Human Resources
• Freshers and students looking for practical HR exposure are encouraged to apply.
