This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate communication, resume screening, interview coordination, and basic HR operations. Roles & Responsibilities - Assist the HR team in recruitment and hiring activities. - Search and source candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms. - Review and screen resumes according to job requirements. - Contact candidates and explain available internship/job opportunities. - Conduct initial candidate communication and basic screening. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. - Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and selection updates. - Maintain candidate information and recruitment records. - Assist with onboarding and joining formalities. - Coordinate with candidates and HR team members. - Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. - Maintain basic recruitment data using Excel or Google Sheets. - Assist in preparing and maintaining HR-related documents. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - Complete assigned HR tasks within the given timelines. Skills Required - Good communication skills. - Basic knowledge of English. - Basic computer knowledge. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn new HR and recruitment processes. - Good follow-up and organizational skills. - Positive attitude and professional behavior.
