Internship HR Intern

Codeniti is looking for a motivated and organized HR & Administration Intern to join our growing team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers and students who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities
• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
• Assist in preparing basic HR reports and MIS
• Coordinate with employees and different departments
• Support daily office administration
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good coordination, organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional office environment

Internship Details:

• Location: Palwal, Haryana
• Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
• Post-Internship Opportunity: Based on performance, eligible candidates may be offered a full-time position with a starting salary of ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
