About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
