Internship HR Intern

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
• Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions and job notifications.
• Support the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain proper candidate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with the HR team and clients for recruitment requirements.
• Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Assist with employee/intern onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Learn and support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
