Internship HR Intern

We’re looking for an energetic, agile and people-oriented HR Intern with a positive outlook, effective communication skills and a can-do attitude. If you connect easily with people and enjoy creating engaging workplace experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events and recognition initiatives.
• Draft engaging internal announcements and employee communications.
• Support recruitment through candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and help new employees settle into the team.
• Maintain accurate HR records, trackers and documentation.
• Gather employee feedback and bring fresh ideas to improve workplace engagement.
• Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
• An approachable personality, positive energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a flair for employee engagement.
• Initiative, attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
