Internship - Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Post job vacancies on JobStreet, Indeed, MyFuture and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates.
• Contact candidates and arrange interviews.
• Prepare and organize HR documents.
• Update employee and candidate records.
• Assist with job descriptions and hiring advertisements.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a new working environment.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates/internship students are welcome.
