Internship (Human Resource)

About the Role

We are currently offering a full-time Human Resources Internship at our facility in Shah Alam, Selangor, with the internship period from 28 September 2026 / 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. As part of our HR team, you will gain practical exposure to various areas of Human Resources, including employee administration, recruitment, payroll support, training coordination, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

This isn't just another internship. You will:

• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations
• Support recruitment and employee onboarding activities
• Assist with HR documentation, records and employee administration
• Gain exposure to attendance, payroll and HRIS processes
• Support training coordination and employee engagement activities
• Work with experienced HR professionals and other departments

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Available to start 28 September 2026 or 1 October 2026 or earlier
• Able to commit until 31 December 2026
• Willing to work full-time and on-site in Shah Alam, Selangor

Internship Allowance: RM1,000 per month
