INTERNSHIP - HUMAN RESOURCE

Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resource team in daily operations, including recruitment, employee management, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Contact candidates and arrange interviews
• Support onboarding process for new hires

2. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and softcopy)
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor staff attendance
• Record and update annual leave, medical leave, and other leave types
• Update HR system when required

4. Payroll Support

• Assist in preparing payroll-related data
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions

5. Training & Development

• Assist in organizing staff training programs
• Coordinate training schedules and attendance

6. HR Operations & Administration

• Support daily HR and administrative tasks
• Assist in company activities such as events, outreach programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: Up to RM200.00 per month
