INTERNSHIP (HUMAN RESOURCE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
