Internship (Human Resource Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Recruitment and Onboarding
• Data Entry and Maintenance by Inputting and maintaining employee data in the system
• Assisting in payroll processing
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as heath insurance, retirement plans and other employee perks.
• Handling basic inquiries related to employee benefits
• Assist with ensuring compliance to labor laws and company policies
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling basic employee inquires and concerns
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Maintaining ad organising HR-Related documentation
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports.
• Assisting in conducting audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies
• Support quality control measures in HR processes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
• Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM).
