Internship Human Resources

Job Description & Job Responsibility:

Recruitment:
-Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on job boards and the company's website.
-Screening resumes and applications.
-Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
-Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Records:
-Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
-Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of personnel files.
-Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR data.

Payroll Support:
-Assisting with payroll-related tasks, such as timekeeping and data entry.
-Helping to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Documentation and Filing:
-Maintaining organized HR records and filing systems.
-Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information.

General Administrative Tasks:
-Providing administrative support to the HR department.
-Answering phone calls and responding to HR-related inquiries.
-Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
-Assisting in the administration of leave requests and policies.
-Helping to organize training and development programs.

Job Requirement:
-Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin will be priority as need to deals with China supplier.
-Possess Own Transport.
-Intern Duration: 3 months or 6 months

Working Hours & Days: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
