About the role

We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team at SS MANAGEMENT CORPORATE SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Jitra, Kedah. This full-time internship position will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources management within a growing corporate services organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support
2. Participating in the onboarding and orientation of new hires
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Conducting research and providing insights on HR-related topics
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and issues
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service
6. Keen interest in learning and developing HR skills and knowledge
