Location: Seksyen 26, Shah Alam
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Start Date: August 2026 onwards

What You’ll Be Involved In

• Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews)
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Help maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist in organizing HR engagement activities and employee events
• Support the preparation of HR communication materials, event posters, presentations, and promotional content
• Create and edit simple designs using Canva or similar design tools for HR campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
• Support training and development coordination
• Participate in HR process improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Passionate about building a career in HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Canva, graphic design, or content creation is an added advantage
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and branding
