About the role

As a Human Resources Coordinator Intern, you will support the HR department in daily administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll documentation, and employee-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR & administration tasks
• Assist in recruitment, interview arrangement, and onboarding process
• Maintain and update HR documents and employee records
• Assist in payroll-related documentation
• Support attendance, leave, and staff documentation matters
• Assist in foreign worker documentation and administrative matters
• Support HR activities, staff engagement, and internal communication

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent field
• Minimum 4-month internship commitment
• Willing to be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• Monthly allowance: RM1,000
• Medical claim: RM150 – RM200 based on internship duration
