About the role
We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to join NA Master Resources and support HR activities across our different business units, including printing, retail and café operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and internship applications
- Screen resumes and organise candidate information
- Assist in arranging interviews and communicating with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave and staff records
- Prepare HR documents and reports
- Assist with onboarding and staff administration
- Support other HR-related tasks when required
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, responsible and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
