Internship - Human Resources

1. Learning & Development (L&D) Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling and preparing training reports for management, including attendance, feedback, and performance analysis.
• Support training provider comparison and evaluation to ensure selection of appropriate training partners.
• Help maintain overall internship records and reports, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating in-house and external training programs, including logistics and participant communication.
• Support the preparation of training materials and presentation slides.

2. HR Planning Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and maintaining HR data, including headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Support workforce planning activities, such as manpower forecasting and resource allocation.
• Help prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support HR projects related to recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment of manpower plans with business needs.

3. Requirements / Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various HR functions.
