Internship - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative operations, documentation, and routine clerical tasks

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR database systems efficiently

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal company events, and wellness programs

• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and orientation preparation

• Provide general support for HR projects, audits, and cross-functional ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields

• Demonstrates a strong passion and enthusiasm for building a career in HR operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask

• A proactive team player with a positive and responsible attitude
