Internship - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities

Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations

Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
