Internship – Human Resources (HR Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our People team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, including HR administration, documentation, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. It is an excellent opportunity for students who are keen to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is complete and up to date.

• Maintain and update employee information in the HR System.

• Compiling attendance records and ensuring employee information is accurate.

• Support the administration of staff benefits, leave records, and other HR operational processes.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
