What they need
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinating employee training programmes
- Preparing training materials and attendance records
- Scheduling training sessions and venues
- Maintaining employee training records
- Supporting onboarding and orientation programmes
- Collecting training feedback and preparing reports
- Assisting trainers/facilitators during sessions
- Monitoring training completion and competency records
- Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) updates
- Preparing certificates and training documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, Hospitality Management, Food Science Management, Culinary Art or any other related field
- Able to adapt changes and must be fast learner.
- Passion for continuous learning and self- development.
- Loves to challenge of meeting and communicating with people.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or local dialects is advantaged.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
