As an ICT Support Technician Intern at Van den Bosch, you will support our service desk and assist colleagues with a wide range of IT-related questions and issues. You will learn how a professional IT department supports hundreds of employees on a daily basis and ensures that systems, devices and applications continue to operate effectively.

You will be fully integrated into the IT team and will often serve as the first point of contact for colleagues who need IT support. You will help resolve IT-related issues, install and distribute laptops and other equipment, manage user accounts, and assist with troubleshooting common technical problems. In addition, you will support the rollout of new hardware and software across the organisation.

During your internship, you will not only learn how technical issues are resolved, but also how to analyse and prevent them. You will investigate recurring incidents, contribute ideas for structural improvements, and help create clear user guides and knowledge base articles. In this way, you will directly contribute to a productive and efficient digital work environment for all colleagues.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in the ICT Support Technician programme (MBO Level 3);
• You have an interest in computers, software, and technology;
• You enjoy helping others and have a service-oriented mindset;
• You are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and are approachable;
• You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
