About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detailed‑oriented Servicing Intern to join our dynamic advertising team. This internship offers hands-on experience in client servicing, campaign coordination, and agency operations. You will work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Creative teams to support day‑to‑day client needs while gaining valuable exposure to the advertising industry and potential pathway to full‑time employment.

Key Responsibilities

●      Assist Account Executives and Account Managers in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth communication.

●      Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.

●      Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Production) to ensure timely delivery of projects.

●      Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to provide insights for campaigns.

●      Help organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

●      Maintain accurate documentation and filing of client communications and project materials.

●      Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

Requirements

●      Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.

●      Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

●      Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).

●      Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

●      Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with digital tools is an advantage.

●      Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑player mindset.
